Shipping Terms & Conditions

All orders will processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of the order date.  You will receive a receipt through email confirming that you order was placed. We use credit cards and PayPal.  We do not accept checks or money orders.    

If you desire to return a hardcopy of a cd, journal, or book, it must be returned within 30 days of the order date for a refund.  The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returned items.  If it has been after 30 days, there will be no refunds or credits.  Contact threadofhoperecordsinfo@gmail.com with the reason you are returning the item, a copy of the receipt, and ship it to:

Refunds will be given within 7-10 business days after the item has been received.     

All digital cd’s, books, and journals are NOT refundable.  If you are having difficulty downloading your digital media, please contact threadofhoperecordsinfo@gmail.com.

You may only download the number of copies of a cd, journal or book corresponding to the number you purchased.  For example, if you purchased 1 digital copy of a cd, journal or book, you may only download 1 digital copy.  If you purchased 5 digital copies of cd, journal or book, you may only download 5 copies.

If there is damage to your product when it was shipped, please contact threadofhoperecordsinfo@gmail.com with a copy of the receipt.  We will replace the item if it has been damaged when it was shipped.  Please return the damaged item, with a copy of the receipt, and ship it to:
